TIBET: one of the world most beautiful place
The place is located between India and Republic of China set of the Earth, a popular country. Today is the day to start a visit of Tibet the autonomous region of earth. Now rich and beautiful Land located at the main part of quin-ghai Tibetan plateau or himalyan platue the South West frontier of China extended with total area of 1.2 million square kilometres. About 2 million tibetans are living there. It is one of the world's most extraordinary destination where nature , culture and religion culminate on arbitrator. It is also a religious Treasure trove a Buddhist monasteries. The beautiful scenerio of the Brahmaputra river and the mist covered mountains indicate that we are at an altitude of 3600 m above sea level. The firstever place we visited is Drepung monastery,situated 8 kilometres west Central Lhasa. It was old historical and recordworthy world's largest monastery and home of approx. 10,000 monks, built in 1416 by 'Jamyang chojey' the monk of great Tsongkhapa. There are four different blocks of a philosphical colleges, and plenty of buddhist art and craft and relics are here. Being one of the highest monastery of the Tibet, it occupies an area of 250000 square metres. Inside the palace there are many renowned features like the Assembly hall , four different blocks a philosophical colleges, many Buddhist scriptures, plenty of historical relics arts and crafts. The important relics in the temple are Maitreya, Yamantaka and mitrugpa. In thr monastery there is a Ganden palace, which was also the residential palace of II, III and IV Dalai lama, from where they exercise control over Tibet,later the 5th Dalai lama shifted to the potala palace.These picture are our first destination

Let us have a further step toward Yamdrok lake,Tibet.After travelling the 187 kilometres we reached to the yamdrok lake. Yamdrok lake freshwater in Tibet it is the one of the three largest scared lakes in Tibet. It is over 72 kilometre long, and it is fed by numerous small streams,from snow capped mountains. This Lake has an outlet stream at its for western end.

Now by a road trip to
Tashilumpho monastery,Tibet.

After also visiting Shakya monastery. We took our feet toward Gyatso la pass. At height of approximately 5000 andn 200 m from sea level. This is the view point of Himalayan range. We can see north face of Himalya from there which is 8000 and 851m from sea level. Our next destination is Lhalung la pass. Around 5118 m from sea level. After that our last destination is Nya lam. After about 30 kilometre downward drive following the river road is we reached Zhangmu.It is 9 km from Tibetian-nepaleese border. After passing immigration process we can proceed to Nepal from there. This is end of our Tibetian journey.

Our next destination is Potala palace"Tibet"
After the marriage of Tibetian king Songsten gompo with chinese princess Wengchen li the Potala was built on the Red Hills of Lhasa. In the mid 17th century the fifth Dalai Lama extended it upto its present size. After that it become winter palace of all Dalai lama. The construction took 50 years from its beginning to completion. It is divided into two sections red and white one. Potala covers the area of 11 5703 square metres is a structure made of stone and timber. The top most flat glisten with a golden roofs including living quarters, temples, Tombs of many x Dalai lama's, stupa's and monks dormitories. There are also thousands of images, relics also. Zokhang temple,Situated in the centre of the Lahsa it is a religious structure which was built by King Songsten gompo in the mid 7th century where he ordered to install a Buddha image which he has got as a part of dowry by Nepalese wife princess Bhrikuti. After got extended by many successors, rulers; it has now become a gigantic, artistic and splendid complex. It has four temples and a golden rooftop inside the main entrance there statues of four great kings, then on the back corridor you can see the main assembly and the houses, most important chapels and images . Among them there chapel of Guru rinpoche, Jongkhapa and his disciple, Chapel of Buddha of four infinity lights, shakyamuni and more.

The next place we visited is Mindoling. It is important moastery of the niyangmapa. It was founded by that the Rigzin Terdak Lingpa in the 16th century, this was destroyed during Mongolians and later restored.
It means in the place of perfect emancuation.
The next place we are going toward is very important monastery of the history.Yes,it is Samye monastery.
Samye monastery"Tibet".
Let us see its historical importance.After have half hour spent in boat and boarding local transport we reach Samye monastery. Samye monastery is a first gompa built in Tibet. probably first constructed between 775 and pratonage of king Trisong Datsun of Tibet. Present constuction consists styles namely Indian and Tibetan . This monastery has as an important role in history and cultural development. The hundred of monks, Guru rinpoche, Scholars and many more who played a great role to establish Buddhism in this bone dominated area. With respect of time it was destroyed and rebuilt many times throughout the history.
Let us have car drive to Yumbulangkhang.After there we march toward Yumbulagkhang.This palace is considered the first palace of Tibetan history, facing west side on a lofty hill. It was the first palace built by first Tibetan king Nyatri Tsanpo. It was built in 2nd b. c. It is situated in the Hilltop of south east of Tsedang, Shanaan. It was changed temple love songsten Gampo. The name Yumba means female deer named after the shape of the Jormo Zhaxi ceri mountain, which look likes of female dear and laggang means scared place.Today it serve as a chepal among about 400 monks. Many many of the pilgrims come there for homage by offering prayer flags.

Our next destination is Shigaste. This city is the second largest city of the Tibet. The principal attraction of the city is Tashilhumpo monastery. Constructed by the first Dalai Lama it has both historical and cultural importance. The monastry was sacked when the Gorkha Kingdom invaded Tibet and captured Shigaste in 1791 before a combined Tibetan and Chinese army drove them back as far as the outskirts of Kathmandu.It is the traditional seat of Penchen Lamas. The second highest ranking tulku linage in the Gelug tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. The Tashi aur penchen Lama head temporal power do not over the three districts though not over the town of Shigaste itself. Which was appointed by drozheng from Lhasa. Here we can buy the tibetian ornaments as well as weapons Especially Tibetian daggers.

Interesting blog, it reminds me of Yarlung River in Tibet, which means “the river down from the upper reaches” in Tibetan language.
